Refund policy

At The Nutmeg Project, we stand behind our quality. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Because of safe handling, we do not need you to return the spice. We value our customers. Refund requests can be sent via the Contact Us page.

Price Adjustments

Should a previously purchased item be marked down, we offer a one-time price adjustment within 5 days of purchase. Price adjustments are on regular-priced merchandise ONLY – we do not offer further price adjustments against sale merchandise or merchandise sold with a promotion. 


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
